Lifeline Assistance – The Lifeline Program helps families in need to obtain broadband connectivity services. Eligible consumers can receive up to $9.25 per month in discounts.

You are eligible if someone in your household participates in one of the following programs:

    • Federal Public Housing Assistance or Section 8
    • Federal Veterans Pension
    • Food Stamps
    • Household income at or below 135% of the federal poverty guidelines (see chart below)*
    • Medicaid  
    • Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Not to be confused with Social Security Income

Lifeline is a government assistance program, the service is non-transferable, only eligible consumers may enroll in the program, and the program is limited to one discount per household. Lifeline customers must verify continued eligibility by the customer’s anniversary date on a rolling 12-month basis.
